Clutch Opinions.

Think im gunna need to be replacing my cluthch soon. i have a 99 SH. Completely stock set up. What do you think would be best to replace my old stock set up with?

I did some research, but i rather hear some personal experiences.

Re: Clutch Opinions.

I recommend Exedy Stage1. Alot of good stuff from them. I wouldn't recomment going any higher than stage1 unless your using your car on a track.

i'll vouch for exedy, i have their stage 1 organic clutch on mine and love it. i hear act is a reputable brand as well but a bit pricier...

I have Bully Stage 2 clutch. My car is pretty much all stock. I love it.

Re: Clutch Opinions.

From what I hear exedy stage 1 clutch is the best for streetability.

Make sure as long as you are replacing the clutch you inspect your flywheel. Look for cracks and hot spots, because if there are it'll need to be replaced. If you happen to be looking for a new flywheel, a fidanza 8lb aluminum flywheel is supposedly the best, so long as you don't have turbo.

Re: Clutch Opinions.

the exedy stage 1 has a nice pedal feel too, not too firm nor too soft. goes great with the fidanza 8lb aluminum flywheel if you go that route...
