JDM smoked fog light kit doesn't match any other instructions?

First off I will mention that I've read countless threads and instructions and none of them seem to be applicable to mine. I'm also not sure that I've posted in the right place, sorry about that.

Just received a 97-01 JDM Smoked Fog Light kit that I bought on Ebay.
Here is an identical link (1997-2001 HONDA PRELUDE JDM SMOKED FOG LIGHTS BB6 2000 - eBay (item 190468111199 end time Nov-20-10 11:48:31 PST))

However the under dash wiring doesn't seem to match up with the OEM Fog light install guide, or the guide posted on here (EXT: 5th gen JDM Foglight Install).

Ive got the "custom switch holder" installed with all of the original switches plus the new fog light switch in it. I've also guessed which two wires are identical enough to the "two red, and white/brown" wires that 1BadBB6 mentioned in his guide, and plugged them in to the slots #5 and #2.

I've got a the relay plugged in, haven't really decided where to put it yet, and the ground I can deal with.

So now I've got one remaining wire with no where to go, it looks like the type that could have plugged into #2 and #5, possibly it was in fact one that should have gone there. So where does this go?

And finally I don't have anything that looks like the orange wire that 1BadBB6 mentions that is supposed to plug into the bundle of wires near the firewall. So currently nothing has been plugged in there and that step is common in both the OEM guide and 1BadBB6's guide. So I'm thinking I really have to find something that plugs in here.

Can't seem to find any instruction for the smoked fog light kit, if anyone has purchased and installed these please help!

Discovered that these are replica's. oh well no worries.
But what I found out is that it doesn't use the built in fog wiring,
So how can I run this wire from the interior to the exterior nicely?

Wait a minute, you really thought you were getting a legit set of JDM fogs for $60? You're lucky to find them for under $350. Just say NO to replicas.

This little GIF pertains to wheels, but nonetheless the same idea. If I could, I would burn every JDM Fog replica warehouse to the ground.

Anyways, just run a wire straight thru your firewall and connect A to B.

Re: JDM smoked fog light kit doesn't match any other instructions?

to avoid running a new wire you could make an adapter out of a 4in piece of 14ga stranded wire and a spade crimp connector and bullet crimp connector make sure to properly seal these connections with either heatshrink tubing or electrical tape.

also you may need to do this for both interior and exterior

you could also cut off the the connectors and crimp new ones that are correct on

Re: JDM smoked fog light kit doesn't match any other instructions?

yeah i ended up doing that actually
cutting the exterior running wire in half, and putting bullet connectors on either end, and then connecting it to the interior and exterior part of the fog light hard wire.
They seem to be working great, pretty awesome for such a low price
