throw out/release bearing

throw out/release bearing

every time i let off the clutch normally there's a light knocking sound, and you can also feel it thru the pedal. (but if i let off very slowly, no knock).
...i recently replaced my clutch master and slave valves a few hundred miles ago too.

could it be the throw out bearing?
