Wassup guys -

So, I got my SH with ground control coilovers and stock OEM shocks.

The shocks seem to be blown because the ride is very bumpy and noisy. So I'm considering getting new shocks.

I want to stay as close to OEM as possible. I know I know... I'm not into the whole tune-up thing and I want my car to be suited for every day driving more than anything.

It's the reason why I even raised my ground control coilovers

Do you know any shocks that will NOT drop my car and provide similar driving feel as the OEMs?

I don't really care if they are OEM or aftermarket parts. As long as they're QUALITY shocks and will not lower my car, that's perfect for me.

Thanks guys !

Re: I need your suspension inputs !

any major brand name will provide the quality you want. that being said, tokico's are some of the cheapest priced shocks. they'll give you a slightly sportier feel over OEM.. but probably about as close to OEM as you can get. if you REALLY want OEM feel you'll have to go with those brands they sell at the auto parts stores. but whether or not they'll live through being lowered, i don't think anyone can give you a definite answer on that. but considering their built from OEM specs, PROBABLY NOT. if you want to spring for a little more, the tokico illuminas are adjustable. so if you don't like the feel, you can adjust it more to your liking.

i'm sure a ton of people are gonna come on here to advocate KYB shocks. people seem to really like those. but if you're really wanting OEM comfort, you might not like those. from what i've felt first hand, kyb's are a bit stiffer then tokicos.

I agree 100%.

Do some searching. There are tons of threads on here about shocks.
