Re: Spoiler or NO

Preludes WITH a spoiler IMO look MUCH better than Preludes W/O a spoiler... If you can't get your hands on a type-s spoiler, go with an SH spoiler... either one will look great.

The spoilers on our cars enhance the body lines. I much prefer a spoiler over none

Re: Spoiler or NO

I really like the type s spoiler (I think... that's the low profile but goes back correct?)

Other than that I think it deteriorates the body. To me having the slim nose and the fat rear with a standard spoiler just reminds me too much of a triangle. The flat trunk gives more definition to me.

Re: Spoiler or NO

It all depends on the stance of the car. Stance is everything. If the car is helladumped or hellaflush then go spoilerless. If the car is stock height you need something to break up the monotony. Ya dig?

He speaks the truth, I am lowered about an inch and a half and I prefer my car with a spoiler, it has to be dumped for no spoiler, which I plan on doing eventually C:

Re: Spoiler or NO

Good question, I bought one brand new spoiler when I purchased my Prelude and have yet to install it. I like the looks without right now, but nice to know I have 2 new spoilers just incase I change my mind. Yes found a great deal and now have 2. Can't have to many Prelude spare parts.

Let us know how it turns out.

On the 5th gen I prefer a spoiler unless you're slammed like BrickDriver said. But I think spoilerless always looks better on 4th gens. Dunno why. Never really like spoilers.

I used to have a spoiler on my car, but got tired of it and just shaved the trunk completely. Looks a lot better IMO. No spoiler holes, key hole, or emblem hole

Re: Spoiler or NO

Yeah it looks clean without all that crap if its done right, but I on the other hand have to go with the spoiler. When I bought my lude it had a spoiler but the dude didn't like it on there and when I got it home it just looked like it was missing something. I put that thing on and never regreted it. :)

Yes there is a big difference, the type s wing doesnt come off of the body at all and the sh wing is only connected in two points. I have an sh and I personally like the sh wing a lot more than the type s wing.
