Re: Any ideas???

Search the forums, there's plenty of threads like this on here. I myself made one several months ago.

>There are deletes you can do, such as deleting the power steering, cruise control and a/c systems, and lost weight will make you gain horsepower. They don't cost much, if anything.

>There are tune up things you can do. Clean injectors and valves, clean EGR valve and ports, clean TPS, etc. that should free up some ponies.

>Then there are small upgrades, like s2k pulleys, underdrive pulleys, lightweight flywheel, balance shaft elimination, improved header, improved intake manifold and throttle body, etc.

>Then there are bigger upgrades, like cams, cam pulleys, pistons, rods, tuning, etc.

Oh and doing a manual tensioner conversion on your timing belt definetly couldn't hurt, and is a good thing to do especially if you beat on your car more than just commuting.

Thats just a very vague and basic list, I'd suggest doing alot of research before commiting to anything.

Re: Any ideas???

What intake? What's your exhaust setup? 210 at the wheels or crank? Got graphs? I wanna see.

Re: Any ideas???

If you have 210hp at the wheels, then there arent any cheap mods you can do to gain extra power. If you have 210 at the crank then you should search as this has been covered over a thousand times before. This is a recording.

Re: Any ideas???

A) I highly doubt you've gotten 210 hp with just an intake and exhaust on an h series

2) technically lost weight doesn't GIVE any more horsepower, just the equivalent of horsepower. It gives a better power to weight ratio, which equals a faster you

D) nitrogen will not make your car go faster. It is just less succeptible than air to volume fluctuations due to temperature. Any speed or weight difference would be minuscule.

Btw brash, I just noticed the little "search" gif in your sig lol. I'm gonna have to use that in mine too lol. Classic.
