It depends on alot of factors. Mileage, mechanical condition, body condition, and interior condition. Get those facts and go to kelly blue book online and find out what it's worth. I got my 01 SH in good condition with some minor body flaws for 9k.

Honestly , I have a freind with a focus and i like my lude so much more. Due to handleing reason it handles 10X better. A prelude depending on the year and milege should not run you to high i have seen them go for a 1997 with 113000 miles go for 7k as the base model and i have also seen a base model 2001 sell for 11-12k with exhaust headers and intake. happy finding

this makes me sad, i payed 14 for my 2000 SH, tho it did have header, intake, exhaust, plugs, wires already done. nah, on second thought i don't feel bad, once i saw it i had to have it. also only 70k miles on it.

From what I've experienced looking for a 00-01 lude, I've seen em range anywhere from 8k with high mileage to about 12k with anywhere from 40k to 80k in miles.

look in autotrader n sites like that, I spend 3 days searchin and got lucky I got mine from a guy who works at a dealership, everything stock except for cold air intake and lightweight flywheel. he rebuild the tranny and put new clutch and no check engine light passed inxpection in a flash, was chargin 8500 and i negotiated him down to 7500 n it only had about 126k on it, with a rebuild head too, i got lucky kinda lol body in mint cond too, all u gotta do is read up its history look at milage and other factors and also who owned it to help determine wether they beat up on it a lot or not, sometimes no matter how nice a car is if these factors will add up to give u problems later it might not be worth it just search n search till u find one u can cope with n lucky for hondas not also there amazing machines that aree built to last but parts are so cheap so not too much to worry about, i still finbd brand new parts at junk yards once in a while n it works for me lol..
