Removing valve cover. What do i need now?

Well ima paint my vc and adjust my valves while its off but what do i need after? is it only the valve cover gasket that i need or anything else that should be changed at the same time? a tiny bit of oil is leaking from the bolts on the vc and the gasket all the way around(not alot but you can see it).

anyone know part numbers so i can get them at honda?
new bolts, washers, and gasket right or just the gasket?
i read somewhere mike sells the gasket set but i cant remember where.
