im mostly all 4 gears expect for deep 4th, does your rpms drop to idle rpm and come back up when you let go of gas?

Mostly everytime i let go of my gas, my rpms drop and rise back up.....pretty quick as well

i can feel the car slow down when rpms going down(not actually slowing down but i can feel very vey minor g forces), but feel normal when going back up

is my car by any chance....chipped?

I believe the tranny is recycling back down into 3rd, or 2nd (and so on) as you slow down.

Because you have no clutch the car is shifting so the car doesn't stall. You should notice the tach doing the same bouncing motion when you are stopping after a pretty high speed. Every auto does this we just don't usually look at the tach when our left foot ISN'T on the gas :)
