Disconnecting the resonator

I know this is probably stupid, and may have been covered (i searched and found nothing other than removal), but how do i simply disconnect the resonator? I knew how in my integra bu this uses a flat filter and idk how it would stay on... Thanks and sorry if its been covered.

Re: Disconnecting the resonator

Why not just remove it? Disconnecting it is kind of point less...

ENG: How to remove air intake resonator - 5G Prelude

If you read this guide, just simply follow the steps that he refers to disconnecting things if you're not going to be taking it all out. TBCH I think if you are going to go through the trouble of disconnecting it you could spend like 10 more mins and just remove it completely...Its utterly pointless anyways.
