Seafoam:Changing Spark plugs/ Brake booster location

I just purchased my can of Seafoam today, and I'm planning on doing it on Saturday. After the seafoam, I'm planning to change my cheap $1.50 NGK's, and upgrade them to Iridium NGK after the process. Well, I'm planning on putting the seafoam through the PCV valve, brake booster and the rest in the gas. I'm gonna do the crankcase some other time because I'm not due for an oil change for another 3k miles.

So, I'm wondering where is the brake booster line located at? And does putting it in the brake booster and PCV valve a good combo?

Also, I have a question about changing the spark plugs, do I need to tighten the plugs a certain stiffness, or I just screw them back in until they wont turn anymore? What tools would I need to change the plugs?

Brake booster hose is located top right of engine compartment going into the brake booster right next to the brake fluid resevoir. Follow the instructions from the Seafoam website.

i just sucked 1/3 of the can through the vacuum line coming out on top of the valve cover, it worked pretty good, the more places you put it probably just the more improvement you will notice
as for the spark plugs they come with a certain torque rating, it doesnt HAVE to be perfect, but if you have a torque wrench l;ying around you might as well get as close as you can, im waiting for a nice day to do my plugs right now, i got some bosch platinum plus, i just bought some deep sockets but havent tryed them yet, anyone know if you need a special tool for h22 spark plugs?
