did you check the fuses under the hood and behind the kick panel? If so, the only other issue is a loose wire in the long white plug that goes into your fuse panel behind the kick panel. There's a red/black wire there. Jiggle that and see if all your lights flicker, cause if they do, that's the issue. You're not getting a good connection. This happened to my Prelude awhile back

If you know someone who has a multimeter, definiltely use it to see where you're possibly getting a short at. Your parking light, taillights, dash lights, and side markers all run off the same fuse. You can also DL a helm manual at Hondahookup.com - Honda / Acura Aftermarket Parts, Accessories, Forums, Photo Galleries, Racing, and more! for free and there's an electical section which shows where all the wiring run for all those lights and they'll all lead to the same spot I mentioned.

Do you have an aftermarket alarm on the car?

i put my money on the combination switch.... since all the problem trace back to the switch... your side markers...your instrument light...your climate control lights...your tail light....they all are supposed to light up when your turn the light on

Re: instrument cluster/climate control lights and parking lights inop

Easiest thing to do with electrical is to first get yourself a wiring diagram. You can get one off of mitchell or alldata and lacking that, the internet might have one you could look up or download.

Anyway like the above guys said, see what exactly is on the same circuit as the problem lights. The reason being if all the problem lights run off the same fuse, switch, etc then that's the place to start looking.
