Painting wheels need advice on color

Sup guys, well I'm thinking about painting my wheels but I'm not to sure what color would look best on my car. I like the way gold, white, and black look but I'm leaning more towards the gold or white and black being the last choice. What you think would look best on my car. Take a look at pictures of my car so you can see what color would look best. Please don't say "It's your choice, your car, you decide etc". I'm trying to see what will look best so TIA

Re: Painting wheels need advice on color

you dont want anyone to tell you "its your choice" but it actually is. i have a white-ish pearl color on my 4th gen and i went with a candy violet powder coating. any color can be pulled off if done properly and with the right wheels and stance.

it comes down to personal preference and execution. i will say that you should powder coat them rather than spray painting them. powder coating is easier to clean for the most part and more durable.

so ask yourself... do you want something loud or something neutral? loud colors could be bright or neon oranges, yellows, blues, greens, pinks, purples, reds... or metallic finished like chrome or colored chromes. more neutral colors would be your dark blues (like mag blue), or silver/gunmetal, white, black...

your car is white... the range of colors that match white are endless.

Keep ya rims how it is, It alreadii looks hott bro. I dont think black would look that hott, unless its like a gunmetal color, like a dark grey. White always looks hott but i think in my opinion ya car looks hott wit those rims. Gold would be ok but i wud rather bronze, a darker gold.

Re: Painting wheels need advice on color

Since you have a white lude you should check out my lude if you want to see how it'll look. Personally I want gold wheels next, but I would go for either. Be warned though, white can be a serious biatch to keep clean. If you don't wax em brake dust can set in ad pretty much ruin the look in person...

Mmmm. I love gold wheels on white ludes. Definitely my next choice. I think no matter what you choose it'll look sick.

Have to go with gold or bronze on a white prelude.

if you're willing to shell out the money i would get them dipped in black chrome or black nickel, now that would set you aside from others. DippedParts.com | Quality Plating, Refinishing and PowderCoating

Re: Painting wheels need advice on color

White on white is always sexy. White rims make it look cleaner and the bronze make it look a lil more aggressive. I honestly don't like how the black rims look on your car though.
