Are 5th Gen OEM Spoilers interchangeable?

Hi Everyone, I just purchased a 98 base model. I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 oem spoiler from someone parting out his car for $75. What do you think? Any issues with installation? Thanks in advance for help.

Here are the directions for installing it. If you do not feel comfortable drilling the holes in your trunk, take it to a bodyshop.

Quoted for emphasis. The Base/SH spoilers are also the same. Unless you get a Type S spoiler (either 79-99 or 99-01) which are different (and different from each other), however I believe these also use the same bolt holes.
