Gauge needles help

I have other threads that i have searched for b4 posting this

I have just put in el gauge faces which required me to remove the needles.

to recalibrate

i know how to do the fuel and temp

but wut about speed and tach?

this is wut im gonna try...

speed- turn the car on, put the needle in at zero

tach- turn car on, try to put in needle at 600-800 rpms

is this a sufficient way?

and how much do i put my needles in the gauge?

i know to avoid the coils and not to put the needles in wayy too far

Re: Gauge needles help

I feel your pain, bro. I have the same problem. My El Cluster is reading 6mph higher than it should. If you fixed it by now, which I hope, seeing it's now 2011, would you please let me know what you did to fix it.

Thanks,

~TheLudeDude

Re: Gauge needles help

Dang. That's not cool.. I guess I'ma have to take mine to honda, and have them recalibrate it for me, well, get an estimate first. Since they love to charge out the @$$. Np, bro. Best of luck to you.
