HORN

What are some good loud horns out there?

Not looking to get a air horn or train horn or anything thats obnoxious haha


Also does anyone have an installation write up, I checked the forum and couldnt find anything for 5th gen.

the installation is pretty simple, just hook it up to your current existing wire and see what kinds of amps they pull, you might have to change out your fuse.....but LilMsPrelude will be more of an assistant then i.

hehe.. your basic horn is just one wire..... B+ from the horn relay. The mount is the ground.

If you want a great horn that WILL get attention go to the junk yard and look for an old 1970 to 1978 Chevy Pickup or BLazer- full size.

Install two -- you MAY need to run an extra relay for full amperage to get these things at their maximum output -- I can help you wire this, if you need it.
