Skunk2 Stage 2 cams or Delta Camshafts?

So i was talking to my cousin and i brought up how i was going to buy Skunk2 stage2 cams for my 98 lude. He told me about this company Delta Camshafts that grinds your stock cams to any specs you want. So I could find the specs of the skunk2 and have my cams grinded to be the same thing and i could save some money. Im not getting the cams anytime soon but i was just curious to if anybody has done or heard of this, and is it worth the time. Or am i better off going Skunk2? thanks

idk, I've heard good and bad things about stock regrinds, the worst being that the camshaft can't handle it. Usually aftermarket companies use fresh cores before grinding them to the specifications. So all in all I recommend aftermarket over regrinds. There are more dyno's out in regards to camshaft dynos vs. regrinds.

i wouldnt grind my cams at all..
just the sound of it hurts my teeth..
my opinion:
just get the skunk2's mane..
im sure it would be better for the long run.

ps: did u know usdm cams are like stage 1 cams in a jdm h series?
JUST SAYIN..

H23B, are you talking about Type-S cams?

Anyway...OP... Stay away from regrinds.
