abs

just did all 4 barkes and pads, now abs light is on? what did i do? or not do ?

clearly its brakes thank you. and not that i know off, no plugs or anything were unconnected, where should i check for loose/absent plug ?

i had the same problem my abs warning light went off when i removed my cd player.

The abs light should not come on after you do a brake job. My guess is that when you had the calipers hanging one of the wheel speed sensor wires may have gotten stretched a little too far and damaged one of the wires. Only way to tell for sure is to go get the code read somewhere. it will prob say something like RF WSS open or short to ground or something. You can repair the wires without buying a new WSS.

you can do it that way or Remove the CLOCK RADIO fuse (10A) for 10 to 15 min. but since its your abs i would remove the batt for 10 to 15 min so the power is shut off to everything electrical
