Re: exhaust question

Don't skimp out and use clamps and **** on your exhaust. Just get the **** welded. It's not even that expensive. Take it to an exhaust shop and say "Hey, put this on," and they'll charge you like $30 to weld it up.

There's your O.G. answer.

Re: exhaust question

Just throwing on a new muffler isn't going to do much. Get a decent header and do a 2.5" collector mod and you'll definitely see a gain there.

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you just like the way it looks and sounds or do you want more power?

Re: exhaust question

Then you'll need a good header, a good intake, and a good exhaust setup. AEM V2 is one of, if not the best, intakes for our motors. For headers, look into the HyTech, RMF, and Bisimoto units. You'll need at least 2.5" exhaust piping from the downpipe all the way back. Lots of people are going 3" piping these days and are seeing great results. It's not cheap, but it's worth it IMO.
