Help!!

i just noticed this problem recently, whenever my car is in gear i notice there is a grinding or clicking noise only when its in gear, its noticable in 1st and 2nd gear. i can hear it on the driver side but not on the passenger i have been told its my axle, but im not sure what it is. any ideas?

could be bearing check it by lifting up car and shaking wheel and youlll feel play if its bad also could be that the brakes are on loosly and need to be tightened up cuz that happend to me

Is it more noticeable when turning one way over another?

If so it could also be your CV joint(s). Just like bulbs if one is bad the other is probubly bad too. The easy way to check is basically grab the axle behind the hub and give it a couple jerks. If it moves back and its bad....
