drive front of car up ramps
unbolt exhaust @ the cat
take car down and drive the rear up ramps
put vasoline on the knobs of the hangers, insert large flathead screwdriver in between the metal and rubber hangers and pry them sum'bishes off
the vasoline will also DRASTICALLY help when putting the hangers back on

and that... is pretty much all there is to it. only thing i'll add is: don't do this when it's hot. ask why i'm throwing that in.

i'm still using my stock cat. technically speaking, there should be no problems. but you can always go with a high flow cat to free up more ponies.

Be prepared to fight with the bolts connecting it to the cat. Mine were ALL rusted. Mine was on a lift when I was taking it off and it was still a bitch. I ended up cutting one of my hangers cause it is only like 3 bucks for a new one and I had been trying to get it off for 15 minutes. Be sure to torque them properly as well as you don't want anything coming loose from vibration. I don't have a helms but it should say in there.
