help with new valve's

hi my engine went into the shop last week and i need help. i don't know what valves to get? what does 1.mm oversize mean? then you have 0.5 oversize?
i dont want to go turbo right now but maybe next year i do. should i get the 1.0mm or 0.5mm




+1.0MM OVERSIZE H-SERIES DOHC VTEC) - HIGH COMP or
Skunk2 VALVE SET (+0.5MM OVERSIZE K-SERIES DOHC i-VTEC) - STD COMP
Skunk2 VALVE SET (STOCK SIZE H-SERIES DOHC VTEC) - HIGH COMP

Lol, when I read your second post I thought it was someone else, was gonna yell at you for not contributing lol.

Anyway, why would you need to decide? Shouldn't the shop know the specs on your valves?

And if its not OEM, why wouldn't you know? Or are you going aftermarket, and want to know which you should get?
