Front end questions (body work)

hi, i've had a really annoying situation with my front end and is because i can never get it properly lined up like new.. my prelude has a salvaged title due to an accident (yea yea it's lame) i put so much money into it to just sell it though so i'm doing the best i can with it! it looks like the headlights are just hovering inside the hood and it's so ugly! one side is to far from the headlights and the other sits over them and i have halos so it just cuts it out.. it's ghetto lol but i love her! i've pulled on the fender wall so much and it still looks ****ty. uhmm.. my friend says we can just get a new bumper reinforcment and new radiator support then the headlights will fit just fine.. i don't think the unibody is that out of shape to where i have to pull n tug on it to make the front look good.. is my friend right? i fail at posting pics so i just gave it up.. i try to give detail! JUST.. put yourself in my shoes and make a mental picture! = D

your friend is correct trust me , i just did a 5 gen ,needed nose and support , i got from a donor i removed all the welds and clean up with a small grinder and its lines up perfect, and just make you measure line between door ,hood ,fender ,and radiator support lock ,also make sure the hinges aren't bent people forget that a lot .also don't have the car jack up this will not give proper alignment ,because the body flexes .

Re: Front end questions (body work)

Yea my front end doesn't line up perfectly either. The space between my hood and driver side headlight (the gap) is a bit too big, so is the gap between the bumper and hood on the drivers side. But my headlight bracket is jerry rigged on with fiberglass and my bumper really isn't on all good.

You can see it in my sig.
