I usually go with NGK for spark plugs. As far as timing belt their are kits on ebay what has pretty much everything that you need. And the Belt is OEM. I would not cheap out on the timing belt if i were you.

Re: hey guys need some help!

Timing belt=go to honda. Personally thats one of the few things I would go to them for.

For sparks, everyone seems to like NGK, although I don't yet know if the cold running spark plugs or hot ones are better for our cars. You really have to get one for the temps the engine is running, too cold a spark plug and it won't ignite when its supposed to, too hot and it will cause detonation. Perhaps someone can answer that.

OEM Honda for the t-belt and all associated parts. NGK Iridiums can't be beat for plugs. I use one stage colder than stock.

So I assume you'll tell us how to tell if its one stage colder from stock? Is there a numbering system or what?

I know there are hotter/colder plugs, just not how to tell which is which...
