Re: Cover for fog lights?

that's part of the bumper, there is no cover on the fogs.

you can purchase a plastic film called laminix that will protect them to a degree.

Re: Cover for fog lights?

Mugen; I believe that particular one is an authentic one too.

If you're clever (or know somebody who is) with plastics, you can fabricate perspex covers that go over the fog/signal assemblies; I've never seen a genuine set even come up for sale.

Re: Cover for fog lights?

i highly doubt that is an ED Type M kit.
that is for sure mugen. the lude has the mugen wing and takata harnesses so i don't think he would have cheaped out on the bumper.
but the Type M does look damn close. (missing the license plate holder)

Re: Cover for fog lights?

The bumper you just posted and the one in the first pic are the same type of bumpers. Both are mugen.

1997 Honda Prelude - Feature Car - Honda Tuning Magazine

This is the car in the top post. It's the real deal. The ED Type M Kit is a replica...and a poor looking one at that.

Re: Cover for fog lights?

Read the link in the post above yours.

And even the genuine Mugen kits were fibreglass, so that's no excuse for yours being shiithouse quality; it just means you bought shiithouse parts.

Re: Cover for fog lights?

you can get the visracing techno r front end and it is a exact replica of the mugen front end . the white one probably originally had the spot for the licence plate but filled it in for a cleaner look. you can get the full kit from visracing for $524.00 or just the front for $179.00. if you call visracing you can probably get a better price .

If you want perfect fit then your only option is OEM bumper with OEM or Type S lip. Anything else will hae fitment issues. This is where quality comes in, as how big the issues are will depend on the quality of the fibreglass.
