Anybody had experience with 17x7.5 rims with a 38mm offset?

I have found the perfect rims! well for me anyway. They are the stock evo5 O.Z racing rims. The specs are 17x7.5 with 38mm offset and come with 215/45R/17 tyres.

I have read the recommended wheel size thread but have also heard of people having success outside of those measurements. Was just wondering if anybody has had any experience with wheels this size.

The rims are cheaper without tires, so if 45 tires will be a problem i can just buy them less tires, and use that extra money to go towards some 40s.

Also note my car is stock height as far as i know. Although I have seen higher ludes around . I had planned on lowering, but if these rims wont fit lowered I will be fine with keeping stock height.

Thanks

I ran 17x7.5 +38 for years with no dramas.
