weird noise when in park and Neutral

alrighty so when the lude is in Park or Neutral it has a funny noise.. when I put it in drive it goes away. transmission has new fluid shifts fine and fluid color is ducky. is this common? I have the EGR valve blocked off and the TYPE S intake. I want to say the noise came after the Block off.
