its easy, remove the harnes from the motor side, remove radiator, pull wheels off, take off the bottom crown nut, remove the axel nut (breaker bar), remove bothe axelz from tranny, remove the hood, remove ac ffrom motor, drop the down pipe from headers, remove the battary plate, remove the tranny mount from tranny, remove lines conected to intake manifold,

Not exactly but yea thats the jist of it.

Start by just taking out things like intake and filter box, battery & battery bracket, then move on to draining oil and coolant (and ATTS fluid if you have it) and tranny fluid, after that get your radiator out, then get the PS pump off, alternator off, unmount the AC, disconnect shift linkage, remove the down pipe from exhaust, misc plugs and vacuum hoses, then go down underneat and remove the axles. You dont need to remove the axle nut, it holds the axle to the hub, you're not taking the axle out of the wheel hub, just the transmission. But do to that you'll need a ball joint separator. after all said and done just eyeball everything, make sure the only thing connecting the car to the engine is the mounts, and start lifting it out! There's a few things here and there but you can find them.

There is downloadable helms linked above too, that should help to get started at least (you dont want to print it out, too big, and you dont want to get grease/oil all over your laptop :P)
All in all it took me 2 weeks to do mine, working 8-10 hrs on weekends, and working 2-3 hours on week days, and getting hung up on retarded things like rusted/striped bolts.

Tip for ya, cat converter bolts stripped/rusted? just replace it. $140 for a direct fit from AutoZone. Downpipe bolts strip (this has happened to me on my delsol and my prelude when replacing the engine...same one too, the front) Well that is up to you how to get it off. I tried those stripped bolt remover sockets and they just ground the nut away. Eventually cut it laterally (to not strip the stud), soaked it with PB Blaster, and used a flathead to hammer it loose and got it off. Replace nuts properly! If a self locking nut is used, go buy one! dont just use any old nut with the same thread

also get yourself a can of PB Blaster or any other good penetrating lubricant. WD-40 is decent but it doesnt penetrate good if at all

its a little bit harder than that hahhaha, but not much harder. it is very straight-forward tho.
as long as you go slow and take your time, once the motor is unbolted from all 4 mounts and hanging on the engine hoist, its VERY easy to spot what else you need to unhook just by swinging the motor slightly and raising it up a tiny bit at a time.

now that i've done 3 engine swaps into my car, along with deleting almost everything from the engine bay, i can literally pull my engine out in 20 minutes. axles, 4 bolts on the mounts, shifter cables, coolant hoses, connectors, pull out.
