Cant find torque specs for this

I have a little bit of an issue. Where the top radiator hose connects to the block I have a leak on the metal part the host clamps to. It is not leaking from the hose but from the metal housing that bolts to the block. Here is a link of the engine I found on google. It is the upper radiator hose to the left of the exaust manifold. There are two bolts and I cannot find the torque specs in the manuals on this site. I am wondering if anyone knows what they are as I dont think that is a common piece that needs to be taken off often.

here is a link to a pic

Re: Cant find torque specs for this

That is for the thermostat housing which is on the side of the motor under the distrubutor cap. The one I'm looking for is the metal piece on the top hose which is I believe is the return housing. Prelude cooling runs weird and goes to the heater core then out to the thermostat and the top radiator hose is actually the return. I believe this is how it works someone can correct me if im wrong. But since the thermostat one is 8.7 ft lbs i would imagine the other one would be around that and I set it to 10 ft lbs today just on a guess so I will see if it leaks.

Ya there is a gasket in there. Unfortunately none of the auto parts stores had it. I tried using some grey high temp rtv for the gasket but it is still leaking. Ill just have to try it again I guess.
