Re: main relay

oh man thats way cheaper, thanks dude. i hope this little 'box' cures my hurting honda.

Has anyone else ever have a problem with the main relay? I fixed all the grounds i could find, cleaned all the body grounds with a wire brush. so then i tried getting power to the fuel pump and what not. Then this relay was buzzing and clicking, i never heard that before. so hopefully changing that will help. I was trouble shooting with a shotty battery though.

Re: main relay

would it make a difference? that still is cheaper than ive been seeing. Especially the dealerships! Also, will the ground wires in the bumper that go to fog lights and signals, will the mess with all the all ciruits in the car? Somebody ripped out my turn signals on me and the harnesses. Sucky. any input is appreicated!

make sure you dont have any hot wires grounding.. but if anything you should just have a blown fuse..

Re: main relay

They show both a fuel injection relay and main relay, I don't get the difference? The Fuel injection relay says some manuals will call it a 'main relay'. Wtf.

Re: main relay

the manual that ive been using calls it the PGM-Fi main realy. From what i gather it sends power to the ecm and fuel pump and ignition system. It's up under the steering wheel. Haha its so awkward to get at. Hopefully this little thing solves some of my problems. I want to get back to cooler things on the car!
