My Honda Immobilizer is playing up

I don't know much about immobilizer's but the one on my 5th gen vti-r seems to be playing up I unlocked the car this morning and went to start it up all the lights came on and then when I went to turn it to start everything just shut off no dash lights were coming on :S so I tried pressing the button on my honda key immobilizer thing but it wasn't even working for just the central locking then I open the door to get out and go check if the battery isn't loose or whatever
and it seems fine then the alarm starts going off becuase of the door I left open so I turn it off try starting the car same thing again lights came on but then it wouldn't start and then everything goes off

As far as I know its just a standard Honda Immobilizer I have the two original keys and button things for turning the alarm on and off etc I tried both but same results

pleaaaaaaaase help >_<

oh it also did this a few days ago but it started up eventually but now I'm worried since its doing it again need to get it sussed
