Prelude Wheel Question

Hey, currently driving a 2001 Prelude SE, still has the stock 16'' wheels.
I've been looking into wheels online and I've found I cant afford much desired forged rims. So Ive been looking into cast rim options.
My question(s) are is there a major difference between pressure cast and gravity cast wheels?
A couple options I have been thinking about are some 18x8 45mm offset, asa jh9's. These are pressure cast and weigh about 28 lbs each.
The second option was the gravity cast 18x7.5 42mm offset enkei LSF's, weighing 24.6 lbs each.
Also, would these rims fit the 01 prelude without having to make any modifications?
As far as tires I've been looking at the Yokohama S.drive's.
I dont know too much about any of this so any insight would be greatly appretiated. I've found I can get a set of rims + tires for about $1800 CDN, after tax's and all, which fits my budget, just wondering if this is the best way to go for my money.
Hopefully I'm not way off track with this, if so though, I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks alot, looking forward to the feedback.

Re: Prelude Wheel Question

For normal street driving, there's little difference. Under stress, gravity cast wheels are a bit more prone to cracks than pressure cast, simply because by forcing the metal into the mold, pressure casting fills voids in the metal that gravity casting may leave.

Re: Prelude Wheel Question

I'm thinking of going with the ASA JH9's, wondering if the 18x8 45mm offset will fit on my 01 stock prelude without any problems.
