Search. There's plenty of stickies to keep you busy reading and even more people have asked the same question and all got the same answers.

5th Gen Resource Guide

Pick a subject and start reading. You'll find the most common upgrades are I/H/E. Beyond that it comes down to specifics such as, what your plans are, how much your budget allows for and what kind of downtime can you afford. There have been MAY subjects on your exact question. If you'll take the time to do a small bit of searching through the 5th gen section and the general tech talk sections, you will find many threads posing the same question you are asking. IF you read and still don't quite understand where to go then come back to us with what knowledge you have gained and we'll do our best to fill in the gaps and help you out. Basically point blank; please search as we've gone over this many times on this forum. Being new I understand that you may have known that, but I promise if you scratch underneath the surface ever so slightly you will find a GREAT deal of information waiting for you to read.

Welcome to pz man, take it easy.

Edit: E, you beat me to it. yarg!
