timing belt replace parts

ok so this weekend (if i can find parts) or next weekend, im gonna be changing my timing belt (130k miles) ive got the helms manual and looked over the DIY, but havent seen what parts actually need to be replaced. any help is much appreciated.

The two belts is all you need. Timing and ballancer shaft. Have you thought about changing the tensioner from auto to manual?

u must changes the tensioner because if not u gonna redo it again, it happened to me once..

if your car reached 200,000 km then replaces T-belt ,( balancer belt) tensioner and water pump that's all u need.. do it one time..

-front main seal
-Cam gear seals
-T-belt
-balancer belt(optional cause you don't really need one)
-Manual tenisoner
-Water pump
