Hits the fenders when I turn.

My Honda Prelude is very low to the ground. When I turn it hits my fenders. What can I do to make it NOT it my fenders. Roll out the fenders or get the fenders tucked in.

Re: Hits the fenders when I turn.

Roll the fenders/adjust the height to be higher/buy new springs with less of a drop.

take it to a body shop and have them suckers rolled, if you have to get it rolled way out then you risk the chance of stretching and cracking the paint.

I was just giving him all possible options to eliminate the rub. Adjusting the height is one way.

Re: Hits the fenders when I turn.

i hear ya, tires are cheaper than a body shop if his paint job gets messed up i bet the price and frustration will go up, that is a crappy problem to have.

Re: Hits the fenders when I turn.

i had 17's with 215 wide tires and they worked perfect. 245 sounds really high. ive seen 19s on a lude but i think they were 215s as well
