Spary painting base model side skirt and rear lip.

Ok, so I just read a post about spray painting the side skirts and rear lip of a base model. I'm wondering how would it turn out like? Does anyone have any real experience from the outcome? Also, I'm planning on buying the paint from PaintScratch Touch-Up Paint (rs), Spray Cans, Spray Paint, Paint Pens, Car Paint, Automotive Paint . I always hated the grey stock side skirts. Also, how do you take the side skirts and rear lip off? reply away guys :)

Re: Spary painting base model side skirt and rear lip.

I painted mine before I got the OEM kit and I rattle canned it. I wish I took more time sanding and doing more prep work cause after a year the paint started to chip away, or it could have been the winter that killed it too. I would say to just really make sure you take your time and do all the prep work well (sanding, cleaning, etc...)

Use automotive paint&Clearcoat or leave it alone you will waste your time money and be pissed off in the end.
