Question about RSX Wheels on the 5th

Hey has anyone put on the 02 to 06 Acura RSX type S 16" wheels I know you have anyhow, did you use spacers? Just asking because I see that the back side of the spokes come like less than a 1/8" from the caliper mount. Just thought I asked before I mess something up thanks.

RSX 16"s are fine on a 5th gen lude.

Re: Question about RSX Wheels on the 5th

Just thought I would ask, because the spokes come very close to hitting the caliper mounts on the front wheels. Thanks

Re: Question about RSX Wheels on the 5th

When I put my DC5R rims on I needed to sand back part of the caliper. There's a parting mark from where the two halves of the mould came apart when they cast the calipers, and it was that part (it sort of looks like a seam) that fouled my wheels. Sanding the calipers back wasn't an issue since I was going to be painting them anyway.

I got them will get pics of it tomorrow after the sun comes up and melts some of the snow off. I've been riding with a co worker to work so its sitting in the driveway. They do look great though, I was going to buy a set of rims and tires but decided these look great. I just need to find one rim to replace the one that has terrible curb rash. The other three look great.

Yeah I already had mine painted so I put the wheel on and spun it a couple times no rub marks so, I'm off and running.

Re: Question about RSX Wheels on the 5th

I run the RSX wheels as my summer rims. Right now I have the stocky ones on with my snow tires. I wont be able to post pics till the spring.
