help please!!! wierd RPM meter

so i just bought a 1991 prelude and for some reason when i start the car the RPM meter gets stuck at 4 and remains that way for the rest of the trip.

also when i turn on my mirror warmers the right one begins clicking.

what is the cause of the problems and how can i fix them?

Re: help please!!! wierd RPM meter

you say its a 1991, but you posted this in the 5G section and your name is 1999. so which is it?

as for the mirrors.... is it clicking back and forth as if your moving them? and are the warmers working?
