What do i need to replace?? Smog questions

well i took my car to get it smogged and it failed.
so basically if you know about this stuff please help me out.
i have the results for the failed smog so yea take a look at it i made like a lil pic instead of posting numbers and stuff. A friend told me a tune up might fix it, but then some other guy said its gonna be more then that.
i got a few answers before but none really say what i needed or what to look at

(new cat and sensors were installed so it might not be that)

heres a few replies i had before

02-oxygen-measured fine.
co-failed
Nox(oxides of nitrogen) not nitrous oxide-its low most likely because your misfiring.-Nox goes up with heat, and is not controllable after 2500 degrees F
Dude has a misfire...

from my CIAT reference books :
A high HC reading is the result of poor combustion. The most typical cause is a poor ignition system. HC is nothing more than fuel that makes it out the tailpipe without being burned.
but like i said since the new cat was installed can it be anything else thats messed up or could have the cat been messed up one to begin with.

just curios what part of the states are you from ?and what is the mileage of the prelude ,and did it have a check engine light before it failed the smog test was it tuned .The reason i asking is because the engine could be having issue with timing and cylinder leakage around the piston walls and and the valve could also be leaking .keep me posted .Later.

okay is that mileage with all maintenance and tune up including the routine valve adjustment ,is the engine tune ?and are the valves load?, make sure the valves are adjusted to spec and the wire and plugs ,and cap ,rotor are new most important the oil should be new ,lastly take compression of the engine , this will give you a better idea of the engine health .keep posting .Okay
