How much km/miles do you get per tank?

Well i just got my prelude recently and found out on 91 octane on my 97 manual Si Lude, i only got about 300km which was surprisingly low and i think this is on a 60L tank... I was thinking of doing a full tank of 98 and trying to clean it up or something see if i can up the milage. Could something be wrong with my fuel injection? I was thinking i'd get around 500km per tank, i don't rev it much.

For those who don't use the metric system, 1 kilometer equals approximately 0.62137 miles.

Just curious as to how much km/miles you get per full tank and which car you drive on stop and start everyday city driving?

Re: How much km/miles do you get per tank?

Consumption should be around 9-10L/100km. 60L tank so if you filled it right up full and ran it dry you should get around 5-600km depending on conditions.

But there are so many things that affect fuel consumption - car weight (stereo, passengers, tools, etc), tyre pressures, type of driving and terrain, even weather.

And as said above, there are approximately 152,112,253,764 threads about fuel consumption and economy. Try searching through them.
