h22a head questions

I found this h22a head that i wanna buy i checked looks new.The guy said its h22a jdm head, will it work with my h22a4 block and cams?

also if the guy did'nt unbolt the head in the right sequence and the head is warped, can it be resurficed and work fine?

yea it will. i know you have alot of questions... you seem to be doing a head/motor swap so if i were you i would do a search on the things you are in need of answers for. you will find alot of your questions have been answered.

the answer is YES and no i think the pistons are a different size and a NO if you have the SH
and there are two post on it right when you google it
it tells what too look for when buying just a Head

yes it will bolt up. the pistons are the same bore just higher dome... higher compression on a jdm. YES it will fit and SH. as far as the unbolting of the head it doens't really matter if you stick to the sequence. it matter when you are reinstalling because it has to be torque down in that sequence to insure proper sealing and seating. i would take a known good straight edge like a ruler and check every angle of the bottom surface of the head to make sure there is no warping.

i checked that head and it looked almost brand new.the valves werent burnt at all and the ports were very clean, i was thinking on taking it to a shop and check it,should i just skip the shop and bolt it right up?Ill check for warpage my self thou.
