gahhhh cruise control help

i have been searching for an hour now and im about to lose my mind. how the hell do i remove my cruise control. thats it haha

hey said cruise control (ha HAAAAAAA caught ya before you edited it!!!)



it's not hard at all. 2 or 3 10mm bolts holding the actuator down, one vac line to the IM that you cap off, another vac line going to some do-hickey behind the fender that you can get to by taking the bumper off. the cable is the hardest part. its connected to the gas pedal. you can do the extremely easy and ghetto way and just cut the cable, but if you wanna potentially sell the entire unit like me, take it off this way; the bracket holding the cable to the pedal is bent into a U around the lil drum @ the end of the cable. get a big flat-head and pry this U apart so you can get the drum out.

alright i got the cable and the actuator out and the vaccume line to the im but there is another tube that goes down to this huge black thing . what do i do now cuz the link you gave is how to remove it in a fourth gen.
