turbo

Hello everyone, I have a 5th gen type sh Honda Prelude, and I was looking on installing a turbo kit on it but I have a lot of questions. I have a stock H22 engine and transmission, do I need to do any modifications to these two things? I also heard from some people that I also have to modify the computer is this true? I am actually looking at putting 4 to 6 psi boost. Do you guys have any recommendations on where I can buy my kit or any good brands??

Re: turbo

1. wrong section, we have a forced induction section for a reason
2. all your questions would have been answered, if you would have bothered to look in said section

Agreed.

To OP. Boost isn't exactly something you should jump straight into. To do it properly requires a lot of knowledge. Which WE are not going to spoon feed you. We have plenty of threads on the subject, so I suggest you study up a bit, and if you still have questions then I'm sure no one would mind answering them for you. But straight up, we won't help you if you haven't at least attempted to teach yourself a little something. Which is clearly the case. We provide the info, you gotta read it.

Oh and on a side-note. Friends(or people as you have stated) suck! Don't listen to them, even though they are right
