Power Folding Mirrors question

Im looking into buying a set of power folding mirrors. Most of them are pretty beat up and scratched. Not a huge deal to paint, but I was wondering if I bought the new mirrors with all the switches, relays, etc could i just switch the "housing" or shell from my current mirrors to the JDM ones?

Also from what ive seen this shouldnt be an issue but can someone confirm for me. Since I have heated mirrors I really dont want to loose that feature. If i were to splice the wire, and hook it up to my rear defrost it should all work fine right?

PS: Sorry mods. This should probably be in exterior. Im on some pretty rank pills right now and im not thinking to straight. Sorry again, and could you be so kind as to move it for me. Thanks
