so me and my friends were trying to install some headers in today and it was just a little to complicated. is anyone willing to offer a step-by-step instruction(with pics) to install headers onto a 5th gen prelude? it would help a lot. thanks guys.

Re: i need help with header install.

serious? should just be a simple. unbolt the old and bolt in the new.. nothing special about it really..
just make sure you torque the it correctly.. and a can of WD-40 will go a long ways on those old nuts/bolts..

Edit, also pretty sure you have to put on/take off the header in two pieces, cuz of the cross-member.

x2, very simple to do

o yea, forgot to mention.... the nuts/bolts right before the cat are gonna be the most rusted nuts on the entire car. good luck getting them off even w/ cans upon cans of WD-40.

Re: i need help with header install.

just un-bolt and bolt-on. i'd recommend putting on some anti-cease on the threads of the screws and O2. Don't worry. I had trouble getting my exhaust system off but putting it on was simple. Oh I also recommend using PB Blast instead of WD-40. It'll cut through the rust more. Spray and let it sit for awhile. My old autos teacher in high school always just called WD-40 bunny piss haha.

Re: i need help with header install.

oh it header not headers, there is only one, and then the down pipe, use pb blaster to try and loosen the bolts, the o2 senor should work
