it is def gonna be more than a tune up. basically ur co2, hydrocarbons, and nitrous oxide levels are recorded and have to be less than a maximum level.
Your levels are much high than the max on your CO2 and your HC your NO is ok though. You need to take it to a mech than can test your egr valve and your catalytic converter.

sounds expensive ...i dont want it to be to much or ima have to sell it to a friend who wants it and has money so he can fix it=/ grrrrr.
i got a new cat and o2 sensors btw. but any idea of what parts you think it needs? or a ball park estimate on how much it costs to fix?

before giving advice get your acronyms correct....(hydrocarbons)HC-unburnt fuel-and it measured way out of spec.
c02-anything above 12.5 means its efficient anything 12.5 and above means your catalytic converter is working correctly
02-oxygen-measured fine.
co-failed
Nox(oxides of nitrogen) not nitrous oxide-its low most likely because your misfiring.-Nox goes up with heat, and is not controllable after 2500 degrees F
Dude has a misfire...
