is it one of those 11 dollar ebay ones? Did it come with a nut or something to hold the boot up? Just wondering cause I was kind of interested in a similar looking knob.

its honda OEM. its from the accord euro type r. theyre like 50 bucks.

hell yeah. i love the type r style knob. i had the Skunk2 Counter Weighted Type R Style knob.

that one looks like authentic OEM Honda.

i doubt that is an Accord Euro R knob... well unless it's used.

Accord Euro R knob sells for about $150 if you're lucky

simple install. takes no more that 20-30 mins w/ taking the console out, bringin in the garage, removing the boot mount, cleanin the console up real nice, swappin the new boot in, and puttin everything back together.

nope. there is a plug that is attached to your e brake (has no affect on the brake itself, it is linked to the dash light that lets you know the ebrake is on, when on). it is as simple to remove as unplugging a lamp fromt the wall.
