Re: Will These fit my baby?

yea if it even did fit the motor it would still require some welding and possibly a different cat depending on space. I dont see a spot for the primary O2 sensor either.

5M4 I hope you didnt pay money for that without testing it first

Re: Will These fit my baby?

dude those look like ebay shiny headers that look like crap after a few miles. if u want the best headers go for DC. those are the best u can get on a reasonable budget. if u feel like spending $1200 just on headers, go for mugen. i got DC headers on my lude and i see the resemblance to them but i gotta agree with the other guys, it doesnt look like it will fit for the h22a4. and besides, like i was saying these look like a shiny version of stock anyway, so you are spending money on something that looks clean, but is just crap really. reminds me of ricer...

Re: Will These fit my baby?

unless you wanna pay out the ass for mugen headers. or hytech replicas or something of that nature. dont even buy headers. the stock ones flow better than any DC or megan racing ones off ebay. if your worried about your headers looking like crap. just take em off and spray paint em with the high heat paint, or get them powder coated somewhere.

so is the v2 really that much better than a standard cai from aem? is it really worth the extra $60?

Re: Will These fit my baby?

if i may chime in.

IMO-> the only way you will notice a great difference by changing airflow (which still isn't but 5-10HP at best.. it may pull harder, just a bit) is if you do an intake, with a new intake mani, headers, and full exhaust from the headers back to the bumper.

if you are going for looks. go out and get an EBay header, or like UPSluder said, make your stock one look better.

there are many guys online which have headers that will "change colors" after being installed after a certain point of use. You should google it and write down some brand names.

i have a ceramic DC Header on mine, that actually was on it with the car when i bought it. i think my 92 Prelude with Ebay intake piping/K&N filter with stock header, had more pull. then this DC header. on my 5th gen. with a stock intake.

just my 2cents

Re: Will These fit my baby?

I have the V2 and the only thing diff from the rest is the loud sound that it makes!!! It's nice if you like that loud "SIMBA" roar from your engine!!!

But I get into trouble around my area bc I have the V2 and I went straight pipe!!! I chuckle when I ZOOM by parked cars and I set a few alarms!!! That's when ppl know a Chino is coming through!!!

I'm all about the PRM Intake...proven to have better performance than the AEM V2....and sounds better IMHO.

After riding in your car mark, I do have to say that PRM is the bomb. That thing sounded gnarly, i loved it. Almost sounds like a turbo spooling up...

Re: Will These fit my baby?

I wouldn't get them. Haha.
From what I hear, for headers the best are either custom made, or mugen which you're going to have to pay some serious money. I found some RMF headers for the h22, I'm fixing to get those so.
But that's just me, ha. Do whatever, alright? Lol

Re: Will These fit my baby?

ive been looking around and it looks like the v2 intake looks more like a short ram that a cold air. the filter is right up there in the engine bay, not down by the bumper. do they all come like that? or can u get one thats actually cold air?
