Every time I do I get a little bit of a shaky idle for a few min's. Anyone else get this or know the cause?

I think it has something to do with your O2 sensor evaluating you exhaust gases, not too sure however, I'll let someone else tell you more

I'm saying that b/c when I changed my ( primary ) O2 sensor on my accord, RPM started to drop very low when rev'ing but then after some time everything went back to normal, has I said I'll let someone else who knows more on the subject explain
