Sprint springs?

Anybody know anything about these springs? Found some new ones on craigslist for $60.

I've never heard of them...post the link to the site. Already sounds kinda shady to me though.

Re: Sprint springs?

I read some stuff about them on their website when i was shopping.. honestly, after doing a lot of research on springs, i would stick with more well known companies. i haven't heard of too many people using them. i had some neuspeeds before and loved them, they had a very smooth ride, and lowered my car perfect!

it's all in preference though..springs are something that if you get the wrong kind it can ruin your whole ride quality.

Re: Sprint springs?

That's a pretty big drop, unless that's what you're going for. I know you're a 5th gen, but my Eibach Sportline springs (1.8F, 1.5R) sit right on the tires. You're car might look dumped, but dumped 5th gens are sexy as hell. So go for it...for $60 you don't have much to lose.

Check out how many miles are on them too.

Re: Sprint springs?

Yeah it is a pretty aggressive drop. I guess i forgot to mention they are brand new. The guy that has them is a good 4 hour drive so I'm not so sure about this one.

Re: Sprint springs?

Drop is 2.25/2.25!!!!!!

hey unless you plan on getting some shocks to go along with those springs.. say bye bye to your suspension.. i vote 60 days and your stock struts are done.

any set up you get.. if you want your ride to go well..you need to get some shocks with your springs. you will be dumped with those springs and plus your tires will have crazy camber wear.

if you can:: wait for some shock before you install those..maybe even a camber kit too..

Thanks for your input man. I probably would have snatched them up if the guy wanted to ship them. Silly craigslist people....
